The quality vacation and open flow entertaining options make this a home run! Centrally located between Sarasota and Venice, how much more perfect could this spot be? Utilities, cable or streaming channels and WIFI included. 1 dog up to 60 lbs with owner approval and $250 non-refundable pet fee. 30 day minimum stay.*None of the following Insurance-restricted breeds permitted: Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Doberman Pinschers, Wolf-hybrids and Mastiffs.

*In-Season Rate: $7,500 per month plus taxes and fees (December-April)
*Off-Season Rate: $6,000 per month plus taxes and fees (May-November)

*Pool heater fee of $400/mo. is required November-April. Prices based on 4-person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit. Rates include all utilities and WIFI. Additional charges will be departure cleaning fee ($350), Booking fee ($250), Sales and Resort Taxes (13%) and Travel Insurance (ONLY AVAILABLE to be purchased at the time of booking). Note that rates are subject to change without notice and reservations are not guaranteed until initial reservation deposit is received.
